Michelle Gardner was named Customer Loyalty Leader for Avnet, Inc. in May 2009 and reports to Chief Operational Excellence Officer, Steve Church. In this role, she is charged with taking Avnet’s global Voice of the Customer initiatives to the next level through business and operational innovation.

Prior to this assignment, Michelle served as Director of Operational Excellence of Avnet Technology Solutions, Americas, where she was responsible for the strategic vision, leadership and day-to-day management of the America’s process improvement Change Agent team.

Michelle has a camera where ever she goes trying to capture moments in time on film.   She has a great passion for being outdoors with her family and friends, adventuring through the beautiful landscape that surrounds us and never tires of the sound of laughter.
