Toshiba America has released five new Industrial TFT modules that incorporate an LED Backlight with a 70,000 Hour MTBF; or, in simple terms, approximately 8 years of continuous operation (to half brightness of the initial luminance specifications).

The LQ150X1LG82 15.0″ XGA-resolution TFT module is the latest 15.0” industrial display from Sharp featuring an LED backlight.
