Digital View announces the following changes:

“We have a product revision scheduled for January for the Digital View SVH-1920 and HE-1920 LCD Controllers. The change was brought about due to discontinuance of the Samsung Memory Module used as a buffer. The new memory has a the ability to retain user-defined color schemes, and save these schemes as “factory defaults” in a production environment. Until the application note is released, please contact me for additional information”.

“The impact of the change to most customers is negligible, as mounting holes, edge connectors, overall dimensions and general functionality remain unchanged. Connectors CN6 and CN9 have moved slightly, but as these are seldom used cable-to-board connectors, impact is considered minor.”
