 LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) – serial data transfer

• Pros: high noise immunity and low noise generation, good for long distanced between LCD and controller, quicker data transfer over fewer data lines, generally lower power consumption
• Cons: two wires required for each data transmission
